Getting started
Before you can begin purchasing vouchers or supporting learners, you’ll need to set up your Business Account.
A Business Account is designed for organisations who want to
- Buy paid course vouchers
- Give voucher codes to learners
- Track progress and completion.
It cannot
- Assign courses directly
- Access course content
- Manage free courses.
Use your Business Account to:
- Buy vouchers
- Share voucher codes
- Track learner progress
- Download certificates.
If you need to take a course yourself, choose a Learner Account instead.
A learner account allows learners to:
- Redeem vouchers and purchase courses
- Complete course content
- Book their own exam
- Access Free eCourses.
Setting up your Business Account
To complete the registration form you will need
Business details
• Business name and registered address
• Business Registration Number (GOV.UK/HMRC).
Main contact detailsThis will be the administrator for your account
- Name
- Date of birth
- Address (business/postal — not personal)
- Mobile number
- Shared organisational email address (recommended) - this becomes your Username.
You’ll create a password during registration.
Check everything carefully — changes later can only be made by contacting Support.

Each account needs its own unique email address, this means that an email used for a Learner Account cannot be reused for a Business Account.
Wherever possible, use a shared organisational email, such as training@company.co.uk.
This ensures:-
- Multiple authorised staff can access the account
- Access isn’t lost if someone leaves
- Your training processes remain uninterrupted.
If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Why can’t I log in to my Business Account?
Ensure you are using the Business Account email (ideally a shared organisational address), not a personal or learner email. If needed, select Forgot Password.

Each eCourses account requires a unique email. One email cannot hold both a Business and a Learner profile.How do I recover my password?
